Red bean, Jacob’s tears, dried longyan, and purple sticky rice congee 桂圓紅豆薏仁紫米粥

1/2 cup of red beans, Jacob’s tears, and purple rice. Add 6 cups of water. Cook in high pressure for 45 minutes and then natural release. Then add dried longyan pinch of salt and 4 Tbsp of sugar and slow cook on low for 30 minutes.
